Once you've reviewed our Rules & Criteria, you're ready to consign with us! Booking a consignment appointment is quick and easy. Drop-offs are by appointment only. To ensure fairness, appointments are limited to one drop-off per consignor every 7 days.
We kindly ask that all items be clean, neatly folded, and sorted before drop-off. For items requiring additional cleaning, a small fee of $3 per item (minimum) will be applied.
Consignment Rules
What We Accept:
Youth Clothing (newborn-16), Maternity Wear, pregnancy and baby accessories and tools; dishes, pillows, nursing equipment, potty training equipment, etc.
Winter: Oct-Dec,
Spring: Jan-Mar,
Summer: Apr-Jun,
Fall: Jul-Sep),
and Sports/Dance/Swim Wear year-round.
Drop-Off Limits:
One large garbage bag/Rubbermaid tote or two medium garbage bags/diaper boxes.
Please note: You may drop off items once per week to ensure a smooth intake process.
Quality Standards:
Items should be like new, freshly laundered within 3 days, and free of stains, rips, or excessive wear. All items must have manufacturer tags/care labels.
Inspection Policy:
We’ll smell-check and inspect each item to ensure it meets our quality standards. Items with a foul smell, stains or rips will donated on your behalf. It is your responsibility to make sure that your items are in the right condition for drop off
Items We Do Not Accept:
Discount/fast fashion brands (e.g., Dollarama, Temu, Shein), underwear (unless sealed), and non-clothing items (toys, rockers, etc.).
Items with staining or rips.
Items with worn out graphics,
Incomplete sets.
Consignment Process:
Create your account in-store, and bring your items by appointment. Accepted items will be placed on the floor within 72 hours.
Items are priced based on brand, condition, and demand. After 60 days, the price is reduced 25%. After 90 Days, the price is reduced 50%. Items will be donated after 120 days.
Payouts:
You’ll receive 40% of the final sale price, with payouts issued every 3 months (following the season switch) via e-transfer.
Final Note:
As a general rule, we aim to price items between 30%-50% of its original price, if items are new with tags we will price them at 70% of the ticket price.
By booking an appointment you agree to all of the rules listed above, and are ensuring your drop off meets our quality standards.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much can I bring to my drop-off appointment?
Due to limited storage space, we limit each drop-off to ONE of the following:
- 2 standard-size disposable diaper boxes
- 1 standard garbage bag
- 1 (70L) Rubbermaid tote
What sizes of clothing do you accept?
We accept clothing and footwear sized Newborn - 18/20 Youth, S-M Adults in teen style ONLY (Ardene, Urban Planet, Hot Topic, Etc.) as well as Maternity clothing.

Are drop-offs seasonal?
Yes! We follow the same seasonal cycles as mall clothing stores:
- Spring (Jan – March): Light layers, jackets, sneakers, Rain suits, Rain Boots.
- Summer (April – June): Tank tops, shorts, sandals, summer sleepers/ PJ.
- Fall (July – September): Hoodies, pants, fall jackets, cotton PJs.
- Winter (Oct – Dec): Sweaters, fleece sleepers, winter boots, snowsuits.
- Halloween Costumes: Aug 15 - Oct 1
- Christmas Items: Oct 1 - Dec 1
Are there brands you don’t accept?
We do not accept clothing from online fast-fashion marketplaces due to safety concerns. This includes brands like Shein, Wish, PatPat, Etc.
Do you accept items other than clothing?
Yes! We accept baby and maternity items such as nursing covers, baby carriers, crib sheets, and blankets. Items must have a material tag (e.g., 100% cotton). However, we cannot accept furniture, toys, strollers, car seats, or play mats. Feel free to contact us to confirm any item!
How much will I earn when my items sell?
As a general rule, we aim to price items between 30%-50% of its original price, if items are new with tags we will price them at 70% of the ticket price.
You’ll earn 40% of the final sale price! Keep in mind, items follow a markdown schedule, and how long they remain in the store will determine your total earnings.
