Return Policy

Items may be returned for in-store credit only. If you buy something in-store or online and decide you do not like it, you may return under the following conditions:

• The original tag (showing product code and price) is still attached to the item.
• It is within 5 days of purchase (or receipt of item if ordered online)
• The original sales receipt or online order confirmation is presented
• Items must be returned to the store before a credit will be issued (customer will be responsible for return shipping costs)

NOTE: In-store credit can be arranged for use on-line.

Dropping off consignment items

We are currently only accepting one (1) drop off per consignor, per month. You are allowed to drop off items for another account, under the following conditions:

• You may only drop off for one (1) account per appointment
• Only one (1) drop off per account per month, regardless of who drops it off (this means multiple people cannot drop off for the same account within the same calendar month)

Requesting payout of funds from your account

• You are able to request funds for one (1) account per visit 
• We will not release funds for multiple accounts at the same time
• Your name must be listed on the account and you must have valid photo ID
• Funds may be collected in cash from the store, or used as store credit 
• Payouts over $100 must be arranged ahead of time (to ensure we have cash on hand for you)
